Poway patios and the open space edge

Old Poway
The town center and older streets have mature yards and patios close to the house. Access for posts can be tight. Associations are less uniform here than in newer tracts.
Green Valley and the Pomerado corridor
Established neighborhoods with afternoon sun and a mix of one and two story houses. A cover on the west side is the usual request.
Twin Peaks and the eastern edge
Closer to hills and open space. Setbacks and fire review are more likely to matter. Do not treat a tract name as a fire map. Ask.
Not Poway
Sabre Springs and other nearby San Diego neighborhoods use a different city. Say so if that is the parcel.

Say which way it faces and whether a cover is already there.
